Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Regulation no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to personal data processing and data free movement, and the repeal of Directive 95/94/WE (general regulation on data protection) with regard to:

  • employment
  • internships
  • provision of services on the basis of civil-law agreements
  • implementation of agreements resulting from the form of carried-out business activity
  • direct marketing of own services and products on the basis of generally available data

The personal data recipients are only the entities authorized to access personal data in accordance with  the provisions of law and entities with which the agreements in relation to carried-out business activity are implemented.

Personal data is kept over the duration of agreements and after their end in order to fulfill the legal obligation which lies with the Controller for a period in line with the applicable provisions.

The data subjects have the right to claim the access to their personal data from the Controller, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or entrance of a notice of opposition against processing and also the right to revoke the consent.

The data subjects also have the right to submit a compliant with the supervisory authority if they consider that the data processing infringes the general regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016.

The Controller declares that he has applied technical and organizational measures for the proper, respective to dangers and category of protected data, protection of personal data, in particular against their provision to unauthorized persons, takeover by unauthorized persons, processing with the infringement of the law’s provisions and amendment, loss, damage or destruction.

The Controller declares that the IT systems used for the processing of provided personal data comply with the requirements of the currently applicable provisions of law.
